24 Hour Reporting
We operate a 24hour, 365 days a year claim reporting line. This facility allows clients to call and report new claims, allowing us to capture control of the claim immediately. This is the most effective tool in reducing claims costs.
Our 24hr service acts as a ‘Claims Centre' rather than the typical “Call Centre”, as the personnel receiving the calls are our experienced claims personnel who can answer and resolve just about any insurance claims query your customers may have.
Promotion of Recommended Repairers and Suppliers
We will ensure the needs of your customers are identified and met to the full, utilising and promoting the use of preferred/recommended local repairers and suppliers.
Automated Records Update
We have designed our own bespoke “real-time online” computer system which you can view reported incidents on your account, run analysis of your own claims and track the up-to-date position.
In addition we can collate any information you require in order to provide analysis of types of incidents, fault, thefts, non-fault, frequency etc.
Uninsured Loss Recovery
As we work within the insurance industry and have access to their ‘tools of trade'. Within 12 hours we will not only have identified the insurers of the guilty party, but will have confirmed that the incident has been reported and their views on liability.
Regardless of whether your Client's uninsured loss claim relates to vehicle repair, policy excess and/or temporary replacement vehicle we can not only limit the extent of your Client's out of pocket expenses but in the majority of cases your Client will not have to fund any of these expenses up front.
